last updated : Sat 16th Jul 05

Open for three days (from just one last year) with camping available on Saturday through to Sunday, the festival is open from noon until dusk and organised by volunteers to raise money for a new sports pavillion.

There will be live music from Hermit Cooper and Gleam on Friday night at the King's Head.

Saturday's line up is as follows: Don and Geoff; Ferocious Halibut; Dave Thomas; The Strides; The Enemy Within; Vicky Grady; Born Backwards; Alex Hill; and the Cracking Daisies headlining.
Weather permitting, the bands will perform in the beer garden from 1pm - 5pm and there will be food, stalls, a bouncy castle, raffle and an auction of rare music and sport collectibles. The fun will continue inside from 6pm until late.

And on Sunday on the South Green Recreation Field (just outside the village centre) from noon until 7pm: The Jambusters; Don Westcott and Dora Ray Summerhouse; Mundesse; Spooky Hi-Fi; Underdog; Decadence; and Melanie's Red Fleece headlining.

There will also be a beer tent, stalls, festival food and entertainments for the children . Once the festival ends at around 7pm it's back to the King's Head for anyone who's brought their instrument along for a jamming session until the pub shuts.
