Wattsfest takes place from Friday 10th until Sunday 12th July 2009. The festival site is very near the village of Uffculme and not far from Tiverton in Devon.

This year's line-up includes:
Tim Exile – live, DMX Krew – live, Bass Clef – live, N>E>D (Overkill), Luke Jasper (Avantrural) – live, and Thunderknuckle (Holmbush).

Sheelanagig, Mad Dog McRea, Sons of Noel and Adrian, Zun Zun Egui, The Magic Lantern, Mechanical Bride, The Moulettes, Elmo Calkins, Emily Breeze, Roots Union, Poppy Perezz, Rigid Lizard, and Cedar Rose.

Burly Chassis, Icarus, Rick Leach, Dave De Rose & Alembic, Chas Mollet (Audio Aubergine), Paul Purgas (Body Hammer), and DJ Stairwell.

Toby Norman, Steve Elston, Beggar Joe, Laish Quartet, Dirklandish, Bearfoot, Bogumilla, Phil King, Catherine and the Owl, Grant Newman, Glen Belt, Pete Roe, Seadog, Harry Neve, Kopek, Stanton Delaplane, and Ono Palindromes.

With a few more strange and splendid sights and sounds still to be announced.

Tickets are available at an early bird price of £40. Reduced priced tickets for 13-18 year olds will be available priced at £25. If you have one of these tickets you will be asked when entering the festival to show ID to confirm your age. Children aged under 13 can come in for free but must be accompanied. If they look older than 13, ID might also be needed to confirm age. Day tickets are not available in advance. However, due to the demand of local people, some day tickets will be available on the gate.

The music programme includes folk, campfire lullabies, improvised and experimental sessions in the afternoon and dance beats in the evening.

The festival opens on Friday at 5pm, and ends on Sunday at 4pm. The festival aims to have a family vibe and will offer workshops and activities for teenagers and younger children.

This small but perfectly formed festival presented by Avantrural and Holmbush Records offers an array of music and performances, camping, a bar that includes local ales and ciders and their own kitchen serving proper food.

Bob Watts has held festival gatherings on his farm for at least a decade in 2008 the event was transformed by the Avantrural crew and their friends and collaborators, Holmbush Records.
