The 13th Ullapool Guitar Festival takes place from Friday 5th until Sunday 7th October 2012 in the Macphail Centre at Ullapool in Scotland. With the Late night Festival club will take place in the Arch Inn West Shore Street Ullapool.

Line-up

The first acts confirmed are Frank Vignola and Vinny Raniolo, Nigel Clark, Clive Carroll, Hugh Burns, John Goldie, Pete Price, Paul Buckley, and Wingin It.

The artists will be appearing in the 5 concerts over the weekend with workshops on the Saturday and Sunday mornings and a late night festival club which starts at midnight and runs till about 3am.

The Festival also has a trade show which runs everyday of the festival and which allows acoustic guitar makers to show off and sell (at very reduced prices) some of their instruments.

To make stewarding easier all concerts will require the ticket holder to wear/display a Festival wristband. Depending on availability, some individual concert tickets will go on sale in due course.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in Ullapool which are all supporting the festival.
