This mini festival replaces the main Tapesty festival which was cancelled due to poor ticket sales, Tapestry intends to return in 2009.

The dates for the mini festival are confirmed as being the same, that is Friday 8th and Saturday 9th August.

Originally situated at a wild west theme park near Newquay in Cornwall from 2003, this themed rock festival outgrew the site and moved to Margam Park, a deer park near Port Talbot, South Wales in 2006. With the move, it changed its theme to medieval inspired by the ruined abbey on the site.

Friday:
Tokyo Dragons, Smokey Angle Shades, Beep Seals , Threatmantics, and Danny and the Champions of the World.

Saturday:
Kitty Daisy and Lewis, Circulus, El Goodo, Jim Jones Revue, The Wolf People, and Zevas and Pepper. Plus 4 more to be confirmed.

As well as music, the festival also features archery, jousting, trip to the beach on saturday , canvas beer tent, disco, deer etc, with many people attending wearing costume - dress up and join in!

Based on the non corporate festivals of the late sixties and early seventies this small (approx 1000) event. It also features a Saturday morning coach trip to the seaside.

Tickets are on sale priced at £30 for a weekend ticket with camping. To buy tickets click here.
