The fifth Summer Squall takes place at various buildings and spaces around Ramsgate, in Kent on August bank holiday weekend from Saturday 23rd until Monday 25th August 2014.

Line-up

Events throughout the festival will be a mix of theatre, dance, music, outdoor performance, comedy and art. It's a very family-friendly festival, featuring some 100 professional artists.

Ramsgate Arts presents a busy entertaining festival for the August Bank Holiday weekend, featuring a varied extensive programme of UK and regional artists, offering something for everyone.

Artist residency

Summer Squall are looking for an artist to be in residence for two weeks, leading up to and including the Summer Squall festival weekend of 23-25 August. The residency is open to artists living or working in East Kent.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
