A blend of fine folk musicians performing at both organised concerts at Stonehaven's Town Hall and at informal pub sessions. Now in it's 19th year, this intimate folk festival on Scotland's north-eastern coast provides an inviting contrast to the more commercial atmosphere of T in the Park which runs the same weekend.

Plans for this year's line-up are already underway with the following artists expected to be playing: Kate Rusby, Archie Fisher, Kristina Olsen, Johnny Dickenson, Black Umfolosi 5, Pete Coe, GiveWay, and Saltfishforty. Further details will be published when available.

As well as attracting top acts to concerts, there is a Kiddies Concert held at one of the town's hotels, an acoustic youth stage, and two more unusual events: The World Paper and Comb Championship - for which there are an increasing number of entries each year, and the Aqua Ceilidh in Stonehaven's heated Open Air Pool - which you can watch or even take part in.

CAMPING:
This is available at Mineralwell Park, Stonehaven (approx 10 minutes walk from Town Centre). The Sea Cadets will be running the Campsite with fantastic breakfasts available at amazingly cheap prices!! No booking - turn up and claim your site from Thursday lunchtime onwards!
