Southsea Fest takes place on Saturday 13th September at eight venues around Portsmouth over fourteen hours. The event promises live music as well as poets, illustrators, and DJs.

The music will come from signed and unsigned local and national bands and the festival is in aid of The Ellen MacArthur Trust.

The line-up confirmed so far includes Little Fish, Little Things, Reverse E, Eliza Doolittle, Ciara Haidar, Beans on Toast, Hold Fast, Animal Magic Tricks, The Daisy Riots, Filthy Lucre, The Dawn Chorus, The B of The Bang, Le Cocteau Jaune, Abi Makes Music, Fresh Legs, The Boycott Coca Cola Experience, Venice Ahoy!, The Woo!Worths, Wave Machines (tbc), The Strange Death of Liberal England (tbc), Fireworks Night (tbc), Mumford & Sons (tbc), Will Mcnicol (tbc), and The Rivers of Sound (tbc). There are morse acts to be announced including the headliners for The Wedgewood Rooms & Little Johnny Russell's.

Tickets are priced at £8 and will available shortly. Tickets are exchanged for a wristband on the day allowing entry to all venues from 1.30pm-2.30am.
