Small Is Festival is a two-day international celebration of sustainable ideas and technology based on the seminal work by economist EF Schumacher, 'Small Is Beautiful'.The event takes place at St. George's Concert Hall in Bristol on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September 2014.

Sona Jobarteh, The Jaipur Kawa Brass Band, The Turbans, Fitty Gomash, and The Wonderful Sound of the Cinema Organ, and more.

Expect a full programme of global music and film alongside workshops, talks, debates and The Schumacher lectures.

Weekend tickets are priced at £50, with a concession weekend ticket for those including young people (aged 8-18), students, OAPs (over 70) and those on benefits are priced at £45. Children aged under 8 can attend for free. Day tickets are also available priced at £27.50 or £25 for concessions.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
