The one day festival returns to Leeds University, with a day of rock, metal, punk, emo, ska and everything in between, on Bank Holiday Sunday 24th May. This year there will be more stages and ever before.
The confirmed acts for this year's line-up include You Me At Six, The Blackout, Cobra Starship, Kids In Glass Houses, The Audition, All Forgotten, Frankmusik, Rout & Sgt Rolfy, Glamour Of The Kill, Me Vs Hero, Outcry Collective, Silverstein, We The Kings, Anti Flag, Hundred Reasons, The Slackers, The King Blues, We Are The Ocean, Attack! Attack!, Polar Bear Club, Sonic Boom Six, Farse, The Ghost Of A Thousand, Devil Sold His Soul, Hollywood Undead, The Urgency, Sing It Loud, Hexes, Ruiner, Defeater, Random Hand, The Skints, In Case Of Fire, Canterbury, Paige, and The Auteur.
The festival will have six stages of music this year, with the event running from 3pm until 11pm, with the aftershow again running till 3am. The main bar will be hosted by Babycakes, and will feature a host of DJs bringing the party all day long, as well as the Babycakes clothing booth and its creator Paul Griffiths.
Tickets were priced at £21, and have sold out.
People holding tickets for the Cobra Starship gig at Leeds Cockpit on 30th January 09 which has been rescheduled and is now part of Slam Dunk Festival instead, ticket holders can upgrade their Cobra Starship tickets to Slam Dunk Festival tickets. To do this: come along to the festival with your Cobra Starship ticket. Go to the entrance that will be for 'Ticket Collections'. There you will hand over your Cobra Starship ticket and pay an upgrade fee of £9.
