Sheep Music returns in 2009, and takes place from Friday 17th until Sunday 19th July at Wentes Meadow, near Presteigne, Powys, in Mid Wales.

The confirmed line-up is as follows:
Friday: Hot 8 Brass Band, Sick Note, Laid Blak Soundsystem, Martin Harley, Los Albertos, Loon, The New Rope String Band, Paul Middleton, Los Squideros, The Relics, DJ Mash & Groove, Dangerous Brothers, DJ Smiler.

Saturday: Maroon Town, Yes Sir Boss!!!, nabokov Theatre, The Amigos, Banda Bacana, Spiro, The Burden of Paradise, Theatre mimi, Squib, Ken Easy's Love Safari, Little Rumba, Dub FX, 1.23 am, The Re-entrants, Sammy Smith, Black Sheep White Sheep, Scrapple From The Apple, and Dirty Ray.

Sunday: Dub Pistols, 17 Hippies, The Destroyers, Moishe's Bagel, Royal Gala, Ash Grunwald, 3 Daft Monkeys, Matt Harvey, Mr Sheen & DJ Guy Di Guy, Extra Curricular, The Drip Dry Man, The Cosmic Sausages, Stealing Sheep, Luke, Mills & Jackson, DubHuggers, Deep Elem, and The Whalley Range All Stars.

In addition to the music line-up Sheep music will be introducing some new elements with Matt Harvey's performance poetry, Loon and Theatre Mimi will be bringing their captivating mime show and The Nabokov theatre with a darkly comic three part play written for festivals and previously performed at Latitude.

Tickets are priced at £65 for an adult weekend ticket, a youth (aged 13-17) weekend ticket is priced at £45, and single day tickets are priced at £25. Children under twelve will be admitted free if accompanied by an adult. There are camping (£15) and camper van (£25) tickets also available. Tickets are now available from Ludlow Assembly Rooms' box office on 01584 878141 (Mon - Sat, 10am - 7pm). All tickets will also shortly go on sale at both The Rowan Tree and Premier mini-market on Presteigne's High Street (cash sales only).

This year and there will be an additional emphasis on sustainability and re-cycling.

No animals or pets, save for guide dogs, will be allowed on the festival site or in the camping area, and no fires are allowed on the festival site or in the camping area.
