The Shalbourne Beer and Music Fayre held at Shalbourne, near Newbury, in Wiltshire will happen as a one day event on Saturday 3rdJuly from noon until late. It features live music, plus a wide selection of real ales, plenty of food, stalls and fair ground attractions.

Line-up

The line-up will be a selection of local bands. There are no acts confirmed yet for 2010.

Tickets

Ticket prices have not yet been confirmed. Tickets will be on the gate subject to availability, with under 13s able to enter for free.

Directions

Shalbourne is located 4 Miles south of Hungerford just off the A338. Drive through the village until you come to the Plough Inn, turn up Rivar Road towards Andover for approx 3/4 mile and the Sports Field is on the left, past the turning for The Lynch.

Getting there

There will be a free minibus service (you can pay for your ticket on the bus) which ferries visitors from the locality (Hungerford, Great Bedwyn, Ham, and Inkpen) and those without a car.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
