Offering sixteen days of performance, visual arts, literature and music which envelops the city of Salisbury in a colourful and vibrant celebration of the arts.

The Salisbury International Arts Festival takes place from Friday 21st May until Saturday 5th June 2010.

Line-up

The first acts include The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra with Pinchas Zukerman, The Allegri Quartet, Globe Theatre Company perform A Midsummer Night's Dream, Orta-Da Theatre Group, The Russian Patriarchate Choir by Candlelight, and Eliza Carthy Band as part of The Imagined Village Project.

With a main cultural theme of Russia, an artistic focus on stories and an environmental theme of chalk and stone the 2010 Salisbury International Arts Festival promises to weave this colourful thread through performance, visual arts, literature and music.
