Cambridge Rock 2008

This is a weekend festival of classic rock with a bit of everything else thrown in (folk rock, ska, punk, blues, prog, jazz rock, funk & latin fusion etc), with the entertainment taking place provisionally at the Haggis Farm Polo Club in Barton, Cambridge from Thursday 2nd to Sunday 5th August 2012.

Focus, Caravan, Ultimate Eagles, Snakecharmer, Buster James, Kyrbgrinder, Remus Down Boulevard, The Bizzarros, Manning (the full electric band), Mostly Autumn, Flamborough Head (Netherlands), Exhibit A, John Otway Big Band, Mr So & So, Sankara (Ex of The Reasoning & Blue Horses), Heather Findlay, Halo Blind (formerly Parade), Malisan Rogue (Sweden), BoB (Band of Brothers) tbc, Paradise9, Stray, Marseille, Meet on the Ledge, ZZ Tops, Ultimate Eagles, Silverjet, Bonafide, and many more. Tickets

An adult weekend ticket is priced £89 from January to July, and £99 in August or on the gate. Weekend tickets are priced at £25 for under 16s, and £1 for children aged under 10. Camping (Thursday - Sunday nights) is extra at £30 per tent. Caravans and campers are priced at £60. The Thursday night gig is open to all festival goers with a valid ticket or £20 on the night. Day tickets are also available - Friday £30 (Friday Evening only £20), Saturday £40, Sunday £40.

On site

The CRF is renowned for its beers. There are 70 Real Ales, Wine and Lager for everyone to sample and enjoy. Expertly served by a professional and dedicated team

The small festival has events laid on for children. Dogs are welcome. There is also a craft tent, with all sorts of original items being made during the festival. Jugglers, Food Stands, Festival Clothing and CD's for sale. Late at night when all the stages are quiet, there will be 'The Beepy Sessions' on Stage 2 Dedicated to their friend & Stage 2 Manager the late Pete Wilkins - Big Pete (Beepy).

Camping

Cars will be allowed to park next to tents for convienience and security.
