The Rock and Bike Fest 2013

If you're into Rock Music and Bikes or just festivals in general then this is for you. The Rock and Bike Fest moves to a new location the grounds of Carnfield Hall, Alfreton, in Derbyshire and will happen from Thursday 11th until Saturday 13th of July 2013.
Aside from the music you'll find good food, great beers, great family entertainment, creative arts & crafts, great kids entertainment like rides, etc. There is also a childrens zone onsite. Activities for children include Circus skills workshop, and face painting.
Line-up
The latest additions are DJ Johnny Doom, Oliver Dawson's Saxon, NG26, Gasoline Thrill, and Walkway.Over 20 bands will appear during the 3 days including John Coughlans Quo, Thunder's Danny & Ben, Dr Feelgood, T-Rex, Foriegners Journey, Ferocious Dog, Foo Fighters The Tribute, Seven Little Sisters, Mentallica, AC/DC UK, The Spirit Levellers, Clive Eastwood, Rammlied, Hell On High Heelz, Steelyard, Dan Diamond, and more to be announced.

Custom Bikes and Trikes will be coming from all over Europe to compete in Best Bike & Best Trike, the winners will win trophies and cash prizes and there will also be Best Tattoo, and Fancy Dress competitions.Important information
There will be no backpatch club wearers allowed on site. The festival has a designated fire safe area for BBQ's onsite. This year alcohol is allowed on site, however no glass bottles and no alcohol to be brought into the arena. The site does not allow bonfires, BBQs or burning of waste/rubbish etc.New location
The new venue is situated on the B6019 between Alfreton and South Normanton, just 1.5 miles from J28 of the M1 & only 500 yards from Alfreton Train Station.More information will be here when available.
