If you're into Rock Music and Bikes or just festivals in general then this is for you. The Rock & Bike Fest moves to a new location, Stanford Hall Estate, Loughborough, in Leicestershire, and will happen from Thursday 14th until Sunday 17th of July.

Aside from the music you'll find good food, great beers, great family entertainment, face painting, creative arts & crafts, great kids entertainment like rides, bouncy castle etc. There is also a childrens zone onsite. Activities for children include Circus skills workshop, face painting and paint a pot.

This year will also see MCW wrestling performing on Friday and Saturday afternoon. If that’s not enough, there will also be a Pirate themed fancy dress competition being judged on Saturday with prizes for best girl, boy, male adult and female adult. There will be a stilt walker roaming around in the main arena and numerous performances throughout the weekend from the Black Pig Morris Dancers and Shimmy Dancers.

If your children are lacking in energy then they can even take a visit to the Sweets stall in the childrens area and stock up on those vital e-numbers!

Line-up

The first acts confirmed are New Model Army, The Quireboys, Toyah, Aynt Skynyrd, Sack Sabbath, Rebel Rebel, A Foreigners Journey, Jilted Generation, Seven Little Sisters, Rammlied, Gatecrasher, Faith Healer, Copperhead, Cornerstone (flying in from Austria), Mick Rutherford Band, Stone, Steve Naylor Band, Clive Eastwood, with more still to add.

Tickets

The price for tickets is £30 (pre-booked), and on the gate £40. All children aged 12 years or under, are admitted free. A car parking ticket is priced at £5, a campervan pass is priced at £10, and a caravan pass is priced at £20. . To buy tickets, click here.

Custom Bikes and Trikes

Custom Bikes and Trikes will be coming from all over Europe to compete in Best Bike & Best Trike, the winners will win trophies and cash prizes and there will also be a Best Tattoo competition.

On site

There's two stages, an indoor and outdoor arena, Fairground rides, over 40 stalls and attractions, free parking for Bikes and Trikes and Free Camping for all. Kids go free and there is even a children's play zone area. Children can participate in learning circus skills. All Staff are CRB checked.

Important information

There will be no backpatch club wearers allowed on site. The festival has a designated fire safe area for BBQ's onsite. This year alcohol is allowed on site, however no glass bottles and no alcohol to be brought into the arena. The site does not allow bonfires, BBQs or burning of waste/rubbish etc.

Free camping & parking

The festival offers free camping, and free parking for bikes and trikes.
