Raise Your Banners Festival is a festival of political song featuring a wide range of performances.

The festival returns to the Kala Sangam Centre and Bradford Cathedral from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th November 2011.

Line-up

Martin Carthy, John Tams and Barry Coope, Roy Bailey, Hall Brothers, Michelle Plum, Gilad Atzmon, Omar Puente, Sarah Gillespie, Nizar Al Issa, Orient House Ensemble, Ewan McLennan, A Poor Prospect: Tales From The Workhouse (Tina McKevitt and Matt Hegarty), Robb Johnson, Justin Sullivan, Tracey Curtis, Seize the Day, Sisters Unlimited, Amsterdam, Hall Brothers Band, Peggy Seeger, Steve Huison Band, and Duncan Hall.

Tickets

Weekend tickets are on sale priced at £20 and offers free entrance to all choir concerts, talks, workshops and other events, plus a £1 discount on music concert tickets. There are also individual event tickets available. To buy tickets, click here.

Expect also other events to happen during the week before the festival weekend. Such as storytelling, poetry, book fair, films, and the like.
