Posivitus Festival takes place in Salacgriva, Northern Latvia from Friday 19th until Sunday 21st July 2013.

It is the largest music festival in Baltics and the two day festival offers festival goers a varied programme of international bands, and up coming European acts.

Line-up

Latest additions are Two Door Cinema Club, Imagine Dragons, Michael Kiwanuka, Tom Odell, Noah and The Whale, Team Ghost, Iiris, Darwin Deez, Twenty | One | Pilots, Suuns, Zodiaks, !!!, Palma Violets, Willy Moon, Charli XCX, John Grant, The Joy Formidable, No Ceremony, Without Letters, Zebra Island, Momend, Anete, Franco Franco, and Carnival Youth.

The first acts confirmed are The xx, Sigur Ros, Crystal Castles, Jauns Mēness, Foxes, Efterklang, and Elektro Guzzi.

The festival also offers other activities besides the main stages - theatre, cinema, plenty of food and drink vendors, and circus.

Getting there

The festival aims to appeal to all European festival goers and offers camping and is only 100 km from Riga by via the Baltica highway E67 and approximately 15km from Estonian border, and 70km from Estonia's liveliest summer resort town Parnu. Riga is also the nearest airport.
