EssexFest has been cancelled.
A statement from EssexFest says:
"It is with deep regret that we inform you Essexfest will not take place this year. The decision to cancel was not ours – council officials have expressed their concerns with provisions being made for noise pollution and as a result, together with the police, they have withdrawn the licence.For further information please email info@essexfest.co.uk"
Charity event EssexFest takes place on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th July at Orsett Showground, Thurrock, in Essex, aimed at raising money for Prostate Cancer UK.
