On Thursday 6th June Sheffield hosts it's first ever Antifolk Festival. The night features a mix of Antifolk artists from both the nascent Antifolk scene in Sheffield and from the wider movement at Penelopes, in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

Line-up

New York's Toby Goodshanks, once of the legendary Moldy Peaches, heads up the festival. There's also Filthy Pedro, pioneer of the British Antifolk movement as well as the hugely entertaining Biscuithead & the Biscuit Badgers from Leeds.

Sheffield artists Little Robots and Dave Woodcock (with a rare solo performance), key players in previous Sheffield Antifolk events, will be playing along with Richard Brind, a new comer with an outsider song-writer ready made for the scene.
