MACS 2007
last updated : Wed 16th May 07

Macs is a music and skateboarding festival, set deep in West Wales from 1st - 2nd September.

This year, 5 stages are planned: Main Stage, Dance Stage, Chill-Out Village, Acoustic Food Bar and Showcase Stage (although this is dependent on sponsorship).

The live bands and DJ line-up is already being announced and includes Plan B, Brakes and the Guns on the Main Stage on Saturday with hip-hop, drum 'n' bass, reggae and dub-step in the dance area. On Sunday, The Magic Numbers, Meic Stevens and Radio Luxembourg are amongst those on the Main Stage with house, techno, electro, breaks, and ambient beats. Both days also include a plethora of other live performances, not only on the Main Stage but also on the Acoustic Stage and in the Chill-Out Village.

There's also a skateboard competition and daily displays from teams, plus visual entertainment from the B-boys. Tickets are now on sale.
