1st Festival is a new festival situated in South Wales, taking place over the weekend of August 4th and 5th.
There will be live music, historical re-enactments, Professor Panic’s Circus, as well as adequate car parking and camping.
The Saturday theme will be Alternative/Pop/Punk with bands including The Wombats, Noisettes and Fortune Drive, S.K.W.A.D, Freak Unique, Void, The Bedheads, Olympus Mons, Junkbox, Koopa, and Back Alley Sally.
The Sunday has a Rock/Metal edge to it with Breed 77, Die Happy, I-def-I, SPiT LiKE THiS, A470, & Forever Never playing. Welsh bands for the Sunday include Circle of One, Kardomah & Losing Sun plus many more acts to be announced.
The license for the festival is still awaiting approval from the council. Tickets cost £45 for the weekend, £55 for the weekend with camping, £25 for a single day, and £30 for a camper van pass.
