The Supersonic festival aims to be an eclectic and experimental playground where new and emergent talent exhibit their skills alongside established and world-renowned practitioners. Whilst the focus is on experimental music, Supersonic acts as an umbrella for creative practice in any media or art form.

Friday night acts as a precursor to the festival itself. Open from 9pm until 3am, there'll be appearances from Luke Vibert, Cyclob(live) and DJ X in Room 1, Neil Landstrumm, Sir Real, Paul Damage and Harvey Lane in Room 2; and DJ Dick, Dr Lies, and the Capsule Girls in Room 3.

Saturday is the festival itself. Open from 5pm until 4am, the line-up includes live sonic/visual performances from: Senor Coconut and his orchestra; Spektrum; Zongamin; DJ Scud; Panacea; Chris Clark; British Murder Boys; Christ; Panic DHH(DHR); Kreepa vs Black Galaxy; Ward; PCM; VD Moth; Fast Lady; Team Shadetek; Mike In Mono; Midaircondo; Berg Sans Nipple; Pemalas; Piratehairwaves plus DOTB plus Esquilax; Terror Byte and Jade One.

There will also be a film programme and exhibitions as well as record and food stalls, flea market, cake and a tequila bar.
