The Mumbles is known as the 'Gateway to Gower', Britain's first area of outstanding natural beauty, not far from Swansea, South West Wales.

This festival features several gigs spread over three days at various venues, the main one being a Marquee set up in the leafy Southend Gardens which includes a bar. Other venues include the Victoria Inn, Beaufort Arms and Mumbles Rugby and Cricket Clubs.

The line-up will include an eclectic mix, ranging from traditional jazz through to latino, and blues bands and those coming from a rock perspective.

Acts confirmed so far include Albert Lee and Hogan's Heroes, Allegria, The Amigos, Ayesha J44, The Baby Snakes, Berry Ray Band, Big Mamma’s Door, The Brian Breeze R&B Band with Taff Williams, Cubanita, Dave Cottle Trio, Dave Jackson Band, Dave Jones Trio, Feverdogg!, Gethin Liddington Band, Hamilton Loomis Band, Hard Bop Quintet, Huw Chidgey & Catherine Handley, John Dignam, Laurence Cottle, Mornington Lockett Quartet, NYJO, Phil Wall’s Jazz Cardinals, Sean Webster Blues Band, Snake Davis Band, Ted Crook and the Blues Highway, Tina May, Tom Hingley, Tommy Harris Quartet, and West Glam Youth Saxophone Quintet.

There will also be jazz and blues acts will be appearing in the Marquee and the festival's second major venue the Conservative Club over the weekend. Smaller, more intimate gigs will also be found all over Mumbles in locals such as the Park Inn, Victoria Inn and Beaufort Arms and at the Mumbles Cricket Club, Rugby Club and Yacht Club; some of these gigs will be free.
