The 12th Innerleithen Music Festival takes place from Friday 15th to Sunday 17th August 2014 at Innerleithen, in the Scottish Borders, and features concerts with well-known names from the world of celtic music plus many supporting events covering both traditional music and other genres.

Line-up

The main acts include Aly Bain & Phil Cunningham, Boys of the Lough, The Shee, Robyn Stapleton Band, Lori Watson & Fiona Black, Fiona Hunter & Mike Vass, John Morran, Sophie Dyer & Seoras Ashby, Matt Norris & The Moon, Sam Mundy & Robbie Tatler, and Traditional Singers Concert.

Weekend concerts tickets covering the 5 main concerts are £52, and only £25 for under 16s. Individual concert tickets vary from £6 to £18.50, with under 16s free at some concerts.

Other events

Lots to choose from - 8 different workshops, free music all weekend at the Vale Club, a songs and stories event looking at the legacy of Walter Scott, an historical walk, a Borders Tune & Song session, busking competition, singaround and, new for 2014, a rock session.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping though there is a small local campsite, with more camping available in nearby Peebles. There are also a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
