This outdoor stage was originally built for the Glade Area and has been brought over the Dance Village together with a music policy emphasising breakbeat, techno and psy trance. Exeters Beatz and Bobs are in charge of Fridays breakbeat-flavoured line-up which includes names like General Midi, Kraft Kutz, Hyper and Hybrid. There also an appearance from Dreadzone Sound System, warming up for their appearance as a full band in the West Tent on Saturday.
Saturdays line-up on the G Stage centres on a Warp-style electronica/techno mash-up with a headline show from Squarepusher following the likes of Speedy J, Chris Clark and Luke Vibert. The pace shows no sign of letting up on Sunday with the South African-based Origin Crew presenting a full tilt session of psy trance including a live show from Swedish outfit Son Kite.
