The Galtres Festival now in its fifth year will be taking place on August bank holiday weekend, on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August at Crayke's Sports Fields, near York, Yorkshire.

The weekend will incorporate live music on two stages, real ale and cider, local organic food produce and circus-themed fun for all the family.

The line-up of acts confirmed includes The Bluetones, Holly Taymar, Dave Smith, JiggaWatt, Joe Solo, Player 1, Dead Rebellion, Holly Tamar, The Station Club, and The Skylights.

Advance adult tickets are priced at £10, child tickets are priced at £3.50, a family ticket (2 adults and up to three children) is priced at £25.00. An adult Saturday only ticket is priced at £4. To buy tickets, click here.

The circus-theme will run throughout the festival, workshops from juggling to unicycling will be run throughout the day for kids to learn new skills.

There's a broad range of real ales, ciders and perries all from North Yorkshire's independent breweries on offer.

There are camping facilities for tents, caravans and campervans nearby with transport to the festival site, and plenty of accommodation options in the area.
