The 13th International Sea Shanty Festival is a FREE festival of maritime music and featuring Fishermen's Friends among others (groups from UK, Holland, France, Norway etc.)

The festival takes place from Friday 17th until Sunday 19th June on the quays and in the bars of the South Cornish port town of Falmouth.

This year's event will see over 50 acts throughout the days and late into the nights on three main stages across the town (Discovery Quay, The Moor and Custom House Quay), in addition to a spread of nearby venues. Several special performances are also planned.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.

Charity

The event raises essential funding for the RNLI with the support of event sponsors, Skinner's Brewery of Truro.
