EH1 Live 2011

Edinburgh based promoters This is Sound, and We Luv Musik have got together to create an all day festival EH1 Live, which will take place at various venues in Edinburgh, Scotland on Sunday 25th September to celebrate some of the best unsigned music that Scotland has to offer.

Line-up

Acts confirmed are headline bands The Dykeenies, Jakil, Modern Faces, and The 10:04's. Plus The Lysergic Suite, Figure 5, Six Storeys High, XAVIA, Pose Victorious, Dead Sea Souls, Dirty Modern Hero, The Rah's, The Marvels, The Skababs, Aaron Wright, Little Fire, The Laymanites, The Twist, The Trampettes, The Mix-ups, The Stagger Rats, Run/Lucky/Free, Elbee, Work and Weather, The Begbies, Val Verde, Selective Service, Johnny and the Giros, Last Minute Glory, The Aftermath, The Directors Sidelock, The Nature Boys, Ewan Butler, Scott McWatt, Emelle, Blow!, The Asps, Rolled Up 20's, Hokum Jam, The Merrylees, Kerrie Lynch, Curators,  Callum Beattie, Tom McConnell, Chris J Smith, Aerials Up, New Confessions,  Fires Attract, Greg Pearson, Mass Consensus, and People Places Maps. EH1 will showcase over 50 bands in one day/evening at six venues.

All ages

The event will be for all ages with 2 of the venues breaking the over 18 age restriction which allows a selection of the best under 18 year old bands have the opportunity to play with bands of a much a higher calibre than they're used to.

Tickets

Tickets will be priced at £15. One ticket gains access to all venues on the day, all tickets must be taken to Bannermans Bar and exchanged for a wristband to gain access to all the venues. To buy tickets, click here.

Venues

The venues used are The Liquid Rooms, The Electric Circus, Studio 24, The Store, Sneaky Petes and Bannermans Bar. The event will run from 4pm till 11pm with an after party yet to be announced.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
