Bromyard Folk Festival is a traditional music, song and dance festival held from Friday 9th until Sunday 11th September 2011 at various venues in the town of Bromyard, Herefordshire, in the Welsh Border area.

Most of the main concerts, ceilidhs and workshops are held in marquees at the Broadbridge site. Also used are The Leisure Centre, The Falcon Hotel, The Hop Pole Hotel and Bromyard Town Football Club.

Acts confirmed include John Spiers & Jon Boden, The Mighty Doonans, Session A9, The Copper Family, David Francey, Vin Garbutt, Tom McConville & David Newey, Nancy Kerr & James Fagan, Dave Webber & Anni Fentiman, Cupola, Allan Yn Y Fan, Keith Donnelly, Colvin Quarmby, The Hut People, James Findley Trio, Lori Watson and Rule of Three, Elbow Jane, Martyn Harvey, Dancecupola, Peeping Tom, Vicky Swan & Jonny Dyer, Maggie Boyle & Paul Downs, Dr Sunshine, The Askew Sisters, Emma Heath, Pilgrims Way, Inlay, Rob Halligan, Graeme Knights, Jim Mageean, Paul & Liz Davenport, Ursula, Holden Gill, Lydia Noble, Infinite Cherries, Dave Bordewey & Dave Young, Becky Wolff & Steamchicken, Hand To Mouth Theatre, Samuel Walter, Jason Hinchey, Mick Holditch, Speake & Lowe, and 'The Ancient Legacy'.

The festival will also play host to morris sides, workshops, dance displays, children's entertainment including Jan's Van, craft fair, dance instructionals, real ale bars, food, pub sessions etc.

Tickets

A early bird adult weekend ticket is priced at £79 (£96 with 4 nights camping), a young adult (aged 18-21) weekend ticket is priced at £42, a junior (aged 12-17 - in school) weekend ticket is priced at £38, children aged under 10 can attend for free, and day tickets are also available.

Camping

Tents, campervans and caravans spaces are provided for camping pass holders only, and there will be an additional charge - there are no camping facilities for visitors who are not weekend ticket holders. The camp sites are within the festival site and adjacent to the Marquee venues and close to the town, so a car once parked may be left on the site for the weekend.
