The 7th Ashburton Blues Festival offering a weekend of Blues is held over May Bank Holiday from Friday 22nd until Sunday 24th May 2015.

The festival is hald at Seale-Hayne, Newton Abbot which is still close to Ashburton on the southern edge of Dartmoor, in Devon. The new venue is off the A383 Ashburton-Newton Abbot Road. The Festival with a capacity of 700 will be held within the beautiful Grade II-listed buildings focussed around a quadrangle.

Mud Morganfield, Mike Sanchez, Big Joe Louis, Todd Sharpville & Jon Amor, Big Boy Bloater & the Limits, The Stumble, The Excellos, Vince Lee & his Big Combo, TC & the Moneymakers, Russell Sinclair & Smokin' Locos, Tim Aves & his Wolfpack, Hollowbelly, Blue Horizon, Stompin' Dave, Blue Bishops, Victoria Klewin's Mojohand, Woodward Brown Trio, Swamp Hogs, Connor Pianoman, Bad Knees Blues Band, Tom Ford, and Gustav Bensel Hot Club. There are more fringe acts to be announced.

Weekend tickets are priced at £100, Friday day tickets are priced at £30, with Saturday or Sunday day tickets priced at £35. Accommodation purchase options are also available.

Workshops

The site offers resident artists' studios and workshops where you'll be able to browse and chat, and an Art Gallery with works for sale. The workshop programme has not yet been announced. As well as workshops there will be a full fringe programme, and jam session.

Shuttle buses

Shuttle buses will run from Ashburton and Newton Abbot, priced at £8 return to Ashburton, and £6 return to Newton Abbot.

Accommodation

There will be onsite accommodation in 99 room available, and ample space for camping and caravans. Extensive camping for tents with nearby showers and toilets, and breakfast served in the 'Refrectory'.
