This year Nightmare Before Christmas is curated by My Bloody Valentine who get to pick their favourite line-up.

All Tomorrows Parties - Nightmare Before Christmas will be held from Friday 4th until Sunday 6th December 2009 at Butlins Resort, Minehead, Somerset. ATP is a sponsorship free festival where the organisers and artists stay in the same accommodation as the fans.

So far confirmed to join My Bloody Valentine are Sonic Youth, De La Soul, EPMD, Sun Ra Arkestra, Primal Scream, Yo La Tengo, Dirty Three, Buzzcocks, Spectrum, Fucked Up, Le Volume Courbe, The Wounded Knees, The Horrors, The Pastels, J Mascis & The Fog, The Lilys, Brightblack Morning Light, Serena Maneesh, A Place To Bury Strangers, The Membranes, and Witch. Room Only accommodation offers either double, single or bunk beds with private bathroom and TV, but no kitchen facilities or lounge, more like a hotel room. Self Catering accommodation offers private bathroom, full kitchen facilities and separate lounge area with TV.

Tickets have sold out and were priced at £160 per ticket. For those who already have tickets there is an early entry ticket available, to buy one, click here.

All tickets include a 3-day festival pass and 3 nights accommodation. The ticket includes performances starting from mid-afternoon, with around 40 acts set to play live across the weekend. There are four pubs and DJ sets through till late.

Butlins Minehead looks out across a sandy beach. The site is equipped with a supermarket, newsagent, cash points and restaurants. Onsite facilities include an ATP programmed cinema, Splash Water World - a sub-tropical environment that has a wave pool, a swimming pool, 3 flumes and also a flume based raft ride - Ten-pin bowling and amusement arcade. Sports include Archery, Football, Basketball, Darts, Petanque, Fencing, Kwik Cricket, Netball, Rounders, Table Tennis, Outdoor Bowls and Crazy Golf.

Getting There by Road
Heading north the simplest route is to take the M5 to Taunton (Junction 25), then take the A358 and A39 to Minehead. Heading south on the M5, you can follow the signposts for the A39 from junction 24. Butlins Minehead Holiday Camp is just half a mile along the seafront road from Minehead town centre.

Getting There by Train
If travelling by train, the nearest main line station to Minehead is Taunton. A bus transfer service is operated by Southern National between Taunton Station and Minehead. This service is available at an additional cost. On Mondays to Saturdays, there's approximately an hourly service, with the last bus leaving Taunton Railway Station at 10:15 pm. On Sundays and Bank Holidays services run every 2 hours from 9:35 am - 9:35 pm. For general information call Southern National on 01823 272033.
