The Charlatans have been revealed as the first headliner for the second edition of The Great Estate, which takes place at Scorrier House near Redruth, Cornwall from Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd June 2018.

The Charlatans will showcase a mixture of their classic anthems plus a slice of their hugely successful thirteenth album 'Different Days' on the main stage on the Saturday night. Many more acts will be announced over the coming weeks and months.

The Great Estate gives the chance to control your own music mix at the Woodland Silent Disco, there's a medieval jousting display from the Knights of ArkleyClassical Corner with a curated programme of classical music, cabaret and burlesque in Madame Wong's House of Wrong, pampering in the wellness area, a kids area, a skate park, and more.

Commenting on next year's event, Festival Directors Ian Whittaker and Ben Hall stated: "We were absolutely delighted by the success of our first garden fête. We certainly put the 'r' in rambunctious and we can't wait to open the gates to Scorrier House in 2018 for what is promising to be the most extravagant party to date. See you on the lawn."
