Whitney, Mothers, Iglooghost, Throwing Shade, Bullion, Jelani Blackman, Ross From Friends, Yonaka, Yellow Days, and O'Flynn top the first acts confirmed for sixth annual Knee Deep Festival takes place at a secret location near Liskeard, in Cornwall, with the dates over two days on Friday 26th and Saturday 27th August 2016.

Art Is Hard Records will be curating their own stage at Knee Deep 2016 featuring The Black Tambourines, Penelope Isles, Trust Fund, Joanna Gruesome, and Lazy Days, and more TBA.

Also confirmed are Bastien Keb, Bizarre Rituals, Cain, Generic Greeting, Hairy Hands, Her's, Lightworks DJs, Maxwell O, Morgan Hislop, Jackal Wyfred, Nick Gabriel, Reckonwrong, Slugabed, Sports Team, Tamu Massif, and Toby Gale .

The festival showcases emerging indie talent, established bands and DJs across two stages that run alternately. Returning after a fallow year in 2015, and now running into its 6th year, the non-profit festival welcomes 1,000 people to its secret Cornish location near Liskeard. All proceeds from the event go towards the Steve Reid Foundation – a vital charity supporting new and emerging talent, and also providing help to musicians affected by serious illness.

After the Early-Bird tickets sold out in just under 3 minutes, Middle-Bird tickets are priced at £40.

The festival also offers food stalls, a licensed bar, and camping included in the price. Everyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult above 21 years of age. Under 12s go free.
