More acts have been announced for Wakestock Gwyl Y Mor happening from Friday 11th until Sunday 13th July 2014, at Abersoch, North Wales. They join the Focus By The Sea Stage curated by Focus Wales featuring big name bands, along with welsh comedy, spoken word and alternative music acts.

This week sees that addition of We Are Animal, Heal the Last Stand, Freedom Sound, Casi Wyn, Sparrowhawks, Gwybdaith Hen Fran, Candeals, I Fight Lions, The Delta Academy Choir, spoken word fromThe Absurd and comedian Jonathan Williams.

They join the first confirmed acts who were Welsh acts Charlotte Church, Gulp, Cian Ciaran (from The Super Furry Animals), and The Earth.

That's in addition to a line-up that includes headliners Tom Odell, Frank Turner, and John Newman plus Clean Bandit, Razorlight, Ella Eyre, Frightened Rabbit, Redlight, Mnek, The Rifles, Chloe Howl, Craig Charles, Arkon Fly, Josh Record, Jess Glynne, Duke Dumont, Gorgon City, B.Traits, Shy FX & Stamina, Catfish & The Bottlemen, Le Youth, Fred V and Grafix + MC Felon, Star Slinger, and Goldierocks, and local acts including Jigsaw, Manish Water, N.A.N.C.Y, Phil Pritchard, True & False, Chris Sheldon, and DJ NCK, and more.

This year there will be a full programme of things going on during the day on the festival site with the addition of an artisan market, local ales festival, brand new kid’s area, funfair and live music throughout the day.

The festival are offering the chance to come to the site during the day and experience all that it has to offer for £5 for adults, with the option to upgrade tickets to stay all night if it appeals, and kids under the age of 10 get in free.

The festival is now called Wakestock Gwyl Y Mor (Festival Of The Sea) and sees the existing annual festival, now in it's 15th edition that features music and wakeboarding from around the globe, return to its roots celebrating all that is great and good about its home, the Llyn Peninsula, Cardigan Bay.

A 4 day weekend camping ticket is priced at £150, a weekend ticket without camping is priced at £115 and a 3 day camping option is also available priced at £140. Camparvan, parking and day tickets are not yet available. Girls only, quiet, £50 deposit, and bespoke camping options are also available. Ticket prices do not include booking fees.

Note: The minimum age limit is 12. At the festival site anyone aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 to get access to the festival site or campsites, and your accompanying adult must be with you when you enter the campsites or arena on site, or when you leave the festival.
