Nozstock adds Fun Lovin Criminals, Charli XCX, & Sonic Boom Six

Fun Lovin' Criminals, Charli XCX, and Sonic Boom Six are confirmed for The Orchard Stage at this summer's Dino themed Nozstock festival which takes place at a Jurassic farm near Bromyard, in Herefordshire from Friday 1st until Sunday 3rd August 2014

Announced for The Garden Stage are Eddy Temple Morris, and Dense & Pika. Further acts announced include dub/reggae mixers and Fun Lovin' Criminals' side project Radio Riddler, Dizraeli and the Small Gods, Mouse Outfit ft Dr Syntax & Sparkz , Tako Lako, Too Many T's, More Like Trees, Le Galaxie, Gaps, Big Deal, New Town Kings, Asbo Disco, Benji Tranter, Typesun, Two Man Ting, Stiff Joints, The Remedy, Jess Morgan, Sketchbeat, Paper Tiger, Caolin Clay, and Al and The Sorry Seaguls.

This year, the Bandstand will be full of experimental acts including The Knights Project, Pip and the Polar Bears, The Mourning Suns, Immi Grant, Low Cost Life, and The Captain'Â’s Daughter.

Elsewhere, SIKA Studios take over The Bullpen, bringing with them Split Prophets, High Focus, Off Me Nuts Records, RLD Records, Skuff & Inja, Devilman D.E.Velopment, Traumatik, and Defenders of Style.

They join headliner Roots Manuva, plus The Heavy, Molotov Jukebox, Craig Charles, James Zabiela, The Skints, Mr. B The Gentleman Rhymer, Friction & Linguistics, By The Rivers, Stiff Joints, Sonny Wharton, Andy C & MC GQ,Calyx & Teebee, MC AD, DC Breaks, Frankee, Ray Rampage, Octo-Pi, Koncept, Mat Envy, DJ Hampsta, Bwalya, TC, Jubei, Uncle Dugs, Joe Ford, Amoss, Despicable Youth, Scope, Modify Perspective, MC Remidy, Trafic MC, The Twisted Burlesque DJs, Electric Swing Ballroom, Mr Bliss, Phat Tony, Jitterbug, Edd Tipton, and Sketch.

Prepare to go prehistoric this year, as Nozstock will also be rolling back time. The dinosaur bones will need to be dusted off and the spear heads collected as the 2014 theme is 'The Land That Noz Forgot.'

Tier 2 adult weekend tickets are priced at £105 including camping. A teen ticket is priced at £80. Children aged 12 years and under can attend for free.

All those aged under 17 must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18.

A campervan pass is priced at £30, and a car parking pass is £10.

The 5,000 capacity event offers nine main stages of entertainment. Further music, theatre, comedy stages and tents are located in secret woodland glades around the site.

The festival's ethos is about bringing play to everyone, in whatever form it can. Nozstock believes in the value of not only entertaining, but in participation and contribution for all ages with activities that little ones can enjoy as well as families.

The intimate family run festival of performing arts will also offer a healing and therapy area, local and world cuisine, sock wrestling, walkabout theatre, ballz out circus troupe, fire dancers, jive and ceilidh evenings, sound art, spoken word and poetry, talks and forums from the tent of temporary thought with guest speakers.
