More acts and the venues have been announced for the multi-city, multi-venue Dot to Dot festival taking place over the last bank holiday in May.

Dananananaykroyd
Bands confirmed for all three Dot To Dot locations this week include Scottish fight pop six-piece Dananananaykroyd, alt-electro five piece Morning Parade, Trophy Wife, anthemic psychedelic indie act Fixers, Swedish goth tinged electro-pop stars , Niki & The Dove, New Jersey based singer songwriter Allie Moss, ghost-stepper Becoming Real, and Colourmusic.

Plus Foreign Office, Get People, Hot Horizons, Is Tropical, Lanterns on the Lake (Nottingham and Manchester only), Girls Against Boys spin-off Paramount Styles, Pete Lawrie, Stagecoach, Swimming, The Kill Van Kulls (Manchester only), The Lines, To Kill A King, Various Cruelties, Veto, and Zebedy Rays.

As well as all the new bands Dot To Dot has announced the venues taking part in this year’s Dot To Dot for each of the three cities. Bristol venues playing host to the line-up are Anson Rooms, The Academy, Thekla, The Fleece, The Louisiana and The Cooler. Nottingham haunts include Rock City, Nottingham Trent Student Union, Rescue Rooms, Stealth and The Bodega. Whilst Manchester's venues will be Academy 1, Academy 2, Academy 3, Club Academy, The Deaf Institute and Sound Control.

Commenting on the new line-up additions Dot To Dot Organiser Anton Lockwood said: "This is what Dot To Dot is all about! The exciting new bands who are announced today add to a strong line-up of established acts (and the odd new one we've sneaked out already). In previous years people like Mumford & Sons, The xx, Klaxons, Temper Trap and Foals have all played breakthrough sets at Dot To Dot. Who'll be your pick from this year's crop of talent?"

They join the acts previously confirmed who are We Are Scientists, Guillemots, Hurts, The Joy Formidable, And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead, The Naked And Famous, Braids, Cults, Darwin Deez, Mona, Ed Sheeran, The Phoenix Foundation, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, and more with many more still to be announced.

The Dot To Dot Festival will take place from Saturday 29th May until Monday 31st May in various venues. Bristol hosts the event on the Saturday, with a similar event the day after in Nottingham, and the Monday night is the turn of Manchester to play host.

Tickets are priced at £20 for Manchester, and £25 for Nottingham and Bristol. To buy tickets, click here.
