The first raft of acts have been confirmed for this year's Live At Leeds taking place over the bank holiday from Friday 29th April until Sunday 1st May.

Pulled Apart By Horses
The first wave of acts have been confirmed for Live At Leeds, they include Leeds' own Pulled Apart By Horses, The Duke Spirit, Anna Calvi, and Aloe Blacc, plus the return of Young Knives, and The Whip.

Other confirmed acts are Slow Club, Thecocknbullkid, The Chapman Family, Kassidy, Trophy Wife, Spark, Tribes, Fixers, Yaaks, Cloud Control, Swimming, Kong, Dutch Uncles, Cosmo Jarvis, Katzenjammer, and Lanterns on the Lake.

The announcement also includes Cloud Control, 2:54, Gabrielle Aplin, All The Young, The Lines, Marcus Foster, Still Corners, Starlings, Young Legionnaire, Various Cruelties, Findlay, The Films, Sissy And The Blisters, Polarsets, Foreign Office, Tall Ships, Stalking Horse, These Monsters, Wot Gorilla?, and Castrovalva.

Also confirmed for Live At Leeds are Double Muscle, Aviaries, Love at Death Beach, Hail Animator, Sam Airey, Maggie8, Circles, Soul Circus, Little Parades, Milk White White Teeth, Club Smith, Runaround Kids, and Insect Guide.

With Blacklisters, Loose Talk Costs Lives, Escort Knights, Yonderboy, Just Handshakes (We're British), Honour Before Glory, Blood Oranges, Adult Jazz, and Arthur Rigby and the Baskervylles also confirmed.

In its fifth year, Live at Leeds has quickly become an institution in the Leeds calendar taking place in 11 venues. This year we welcome the O2 Academy to the vast array of venues including The Brudenell Social Club, The Cockpit, Leeds Metropolian University, Leeds University, Nation of Shopkeepers, Holy Trinty Church, The Well and The Faversham.

The Unconference will happen on Friday 29th April which will feature guest speakers which is being organised in partnership with Leeds University and Leeds Metropolitan University. Saturday sees the multi-venue wristband event and the Sunday details are to be announced soon.

Live at Leeds festival feature over 150 acts including national names and local talent performing at venues around the city centre in a celebration of new music.

Tickets are priced at £17.50 for the all day event on Saturday 30th April, starting at noon, and must must be exchanged for a festival wristband. The ticket holders must be present at the wristband exchange point. Wristbands allow entry to each of the participating venues, as individual venue capacities permit. To buy tickets, click here.
