eFestivals can exclusively reveal that Vile Evils, Subgiant, Pauline Black, and more have been confirmed for this year's Endorse It In Dorset.

Subgiant
Vile Evils featuring members of Pop Will Eat Itself lead the latest acts to be announced. As well as playing material from their debut album 'Vive le VileEvil' the band have agreed to bring some classic PWEI tracks to Endorse It In Dorset as well.

Joining them on the bill will be Subgiant, veteran punks Vice Squad, Pauline Black of The Selector, N.U.M.B, and ska punks Spunge.

eFestivals can also reveal that Scrumpy Sunday will return following the success of last year featuring Who's Afear'd, The Boot Hill All Stars, and Surfin' Turnips, expect more fun and games alongside a full afternoon's entertainment and the scrumpy to be a'flowin'.

Completing the latest line-up additions joining the previously announced The Damned are the festival's organisers themselves Pronghorn who are now confirmed for the festival held over the weekend of Friday 6th to Sunday 8th August at it's usual site near Shaftesbury, in Dorset.

Many more acts from up-and-coming local bands and Dorset favourites to international stars plus some DJs will be announced over the coming months for the festival's three tented stages that run into the early hours.

Famous for it's 'old school' festival vibe, Endorse It also features 'Punk Karaoke' where all-comers can sing on stage with a live band, beer tents with proper beer and cider, a 'Ladies Day' for those that like to dress up, and side shows and entertainers - all designed to appeal to all ages including families.

Changes for 2010 will include the addition of compostable toilets alongside the usual loos, plus a small charge for parking as a way to try and encourage car sharing and the use of public transport to the site as a way to help reduce the environmental impact. Along with a high recycling rate, the festival is using compostable beer glasses, and making a donation towards local green charities.
