BLOC Weekend announce a host of new additions

including Luke Vibert, Congo Natty, MJ Cole, Kode 9, and many more

More acts and stage splits have been announced for BLOC Weekend including Luke Vibert, Congo Natty aka Rebel MC, MJ Cole, Kode 9, and many more.

Audio Bullys
Acts confirmed for the FWD + Rinse stage are Zinc, Geeneus, Marcus Nasty, Chef, Katy B, Boy Better Know, Youngsta, N-type, Roska, Scratcha, Spyro, with MCs Tippa & Crazy D.

The Overkill Stage line-up includes Luke Vibert, Congo Natty aka Rebel MC, Rob Hall, Loops Haunt, and N>E>D vs Punksi.

Appearing on the Subloaded stage will be Kode 9, Pinch, Distance, Appleblim, Peverelist, Subeena, Blazey, and T++, with MCs Crazy D, SGT Pkes & Dread.

Braindrop will play host to DJ Hype + Daddy Earl, MJ Cole, Reso, Vent, The McMash Clan, Kanji Kinetic, and AGT Rave Cru.

The AutoNomic line-up includes D:Bridge, Instra:Mental, Breakage, and SP:MC.

The Mulletover stage will see performances from Lee Curtiss, and Geddes.

Disco Bloodbath will be home to Disco Bloodbath DJs including Ben Pistor, Dan Beaumont, and Damon Martin.

Man Make Music will present Joy Orbison, George Fitzgerald, and of course Man Make Music.

With the Fenchurch Dome line-up including Billy Nasty, DJ Radioactive Man, Debasser (live), Michael Forshaw (live), Ben Pest (live), Al Tourettes, Yimino (live), Subliminal Criminal, Kelpe (live), Rekordah, Lukid, and Point B (live).

Plus new additions also include DMX Crew, Neil Landstrumm, Alden Tyrell, Bass Junkie, The Dexorcist, Noyeahno, Joe Hart, Hip Hop Karaoke, Make Me DJs, Dutty Girl, Girlcore, Isa GT, Lusinda, Human Shield, and Rebel Intelligence.

They join a line-up that includes the previously announced Salt N Pepa, Grandmaster Flash, Adam Beyer, Skream & Benga, Roots Manuva, Autechre, Ms Dynamite, Wiley, Derrick May, Luke Slater aka Planetary Assault Systems, Lindstrom, Anti-Pop Consortium, Surgeon, Nathan Fake, DJ Joker, and Mark Ernestus feat. Tiki Man (Rhythm & Sound).

One of the leading indoor underground music events BLOC weekend is three days of independent electronic music, held once again at Butlins Resort, Minehead, Somerset from Friday 12 to Sunday 14th March 2010 offering self-catered heated chalet accommodation, with ensuite equipped with beds, kitchen, showers and all mod cons.

Butlins, Minehead is equipped with a supermarket, newsagent, cash points and restaurants. Onsite facilities include a Splash Water World - a sub-tropical environment that has a wave pool, a swimming pool, 3 flumes and also a flume based raft ride, plus ten-pin bowling and an amusement arcade.

Ticket bookings are done per chalet. Tickets have to be bought in groups of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 according to the size of the apartment wanted. 'Self-Catering' apartments have a kitchen and a separate living room, and 'Room-Only' apartments do not. A room only ticket is priced at £140 per person, including festival passes.
