James Morrison announces show in Delamere forest

Brit Award winner James Morrison has announced an appearance at Delamere Forest, Linmere, Delamere, Cheshire on Sat 14th June 2008. The concert will be supporting the Forestry Commission’s valuable social and environmental programmes and is the first confirmed date as part of the venue's summer concert weekend.

James Morrison said "I loved the forest gigs in 2007 so this is unfinished business. I am really looking forward to playing Delamere Forest as it's the one Forest I didn't bag last year."

Vernon Stockton, Community Forester for the Forestry Commission commented on James' announcement, "We missed out last year when James Morrison played six sell-out shows as part of the Forestry Commission’s forest tour, so we are delighted to have secured a date with him for this Summer."
