Download Festival - which takes place from Friday 9th until Sunday 11th June 2006, at Donington Park, Leicestershire - has announced more bands.
Newly confirmed for the Main Stage are Soil, Amplifier, and Breed 77, while the Gibson/Myspace.com Stage has added Bullets & Octane, Animal Alpha, Enter Shikari, Louie, It Dies Today, and Darkest Hour.
Newly announced is the Snickers Bowl, featuring skaters and BMX-ers, as well as bands Gay For Johnny Depp, Sintuition (both Friday), Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, getAmped, Street Light Youth (all Saturday), Viking Skull, Betty Curse, and Evergrey (all Sunday).
And making a return after last year is Henry Rollins with another spoken word performance. Henry says: "I was happy to be part of the festival last year and am blown away that I get to be part of it again this year. I can't wait."
They all join the acts already announced, which include Metallica, Guns N' Roses, The Prodigy, Korn, Deftones, Trivium, Clutch, Bullet For My Valentine, Lacuna Coil, InMe, Within Temptation and Hatebreed. The day and stage splits are now available - click here for all the details.
Tickets are on sale, priced at £115 for the three days, or £135 including camping and parking. Parking is £5 in advance or £10 on the day. Day tickets will go on sale at 9am on Wednesday 3rd May, priced at £55 for any day. There are now less than 3,000 weekend camping tickets available, so if you want one don't wait too long!
