Faithless for V

According to Faithless' website, they're to play at V Festival, at Chelmsford on the Saturday, and Staffordshire on the Sunday. The rumour is that Faithless will play first, then Dido, then the two together, for the finale; as Dido is a regular contributor, and her brother is one of Faithless (although he doesn't perform with them live), it seems extremely likely.

More bands are expected to be announced for V Festival on Tuesday. Announced so far are headliners The Strokes, and Dido, as well as Muse, Pixies, Pink, Snow Patrol, Keane, Massive Attack, Kings of Leon, Primal Scream, N*E*R*D, Athlete, and Jamie Cullum. Weekend tickets with camping for Chelmsford already appear to be sold out with most major online agents. All other ticket types for both sites are available from SEETICKETS (was WayAhead) here.
Prices are: weekend with camping £98.50; Weekend no camping £82.50; Saturday or Sunday day tickets £46.50.

V Festival takes place at Hylands Park, Chelmsford, and Weston Park, Staffordshire over the weekend of 21st/22nd August 2004, with the line-up swapping sites on the different days.
