According to a report in the Scottish Sunday Mail, the Gig on the Green festival in Glasgow has been scrapped, having suffered from poor attendances in 2002 with a bill which included The Prodigy, The Strokes and White Stripes.
This year instead the Red Hot Chili Peppers are to play an outdoor show on 24th August. No ticket details are available currently.
