I must say - the real ale bar in the acoustic field was the best it's ever been.

Otter Ale, Sundew and ESPECIALLY the beautiful Butcombe Gold were all FANTASTIC.

And the staff were really, really friendly and happy to chat to me when I was queuing (which were never very long).

Cheers to anyone I met in there - awesome bar.

Yes, a pat on the back from.....yourself.

Seriously, you can't have spent enough time in there if you could remember nearly all of the beers.

See my post above for my faves.

But from what I remember, there were quite a few Woodforde's ales, Otter had Otter Ale and Otter Bitter, Butcombe did Butcombe Gold and Butcombe Bitter, and the Glastonbury Brewery had a fair few as well, the best of which was called Pilton Pop.

Oh, and O'Hanlons had 2 ales, the best was called Yellowhammer.

And there was Neil Morrissey's ale (name escapes me - Morrissey's Fox or something?) which he served me in person!

The selection was EXCELLENT this year. Lots of very nice quaffable summery ales.

I think I might have spend rather too much time in there.....

Thought I'd bump this. Any idea if we have times for the bars for this year yet? Last year we had them by early May, any ideas?
