Can't they just look at what Solfest is doing!!??

Last year there was about 30 of us, we all went up a day early, stayed in local accomodation/campsite, we all ate at the local pubs, bought supplies and breakfast in the local town and then all went in a peaceful way to the festival...had a lovely time, left, filled up and bought snacks locally before going home.... we now love the area Solfest happens and pop back when going that way to pubs/camp sites etc...

We will be presenting 3 acoustic acts on Sunday afternoon and introducing a little flavour of Settle Festival.

Roughbeats is a small friendly festival in North Yorkshire, close to Settle, (within 3 or 4 miles in fact !) with an excellent reputation for its high calibre unsigned music and excellent atmosphere and location.

Roughbeats Festival is on the weekend 13 -15 June 2008.

Which means there are only 11 days to go!

If you'd like to buy tickets, all tickets will be issued in advance so email roughbeats@redroomevents.co.uk and let them know how many you need.

I'm looking for a festival to go to next week and this is the only northern one I can find - but after looking at the festivals myspace, I still have no idea what's going on. First question - where is it held?! 'The hills of North Yorkshire' is not a location google maps can guide me too.. ;)
