(You dont want the ://%5burl=%22 in there)

Basically, click the 'insert link' button, enter the complete working url in that box, making sure you delete the http:// thats already entered there, click OK, and then enter a description for the link in the next box that appears, click Ok, and you should be good to go as the americans say.
