Yes, it's the Sun. The camera catches the reflection most mornings (apart from when it's really cloudy or foggy of course!).

i am one of the many who are giving this year a miss for many many reasons, for the 1st time in 8 years... i just wanted to say i hope the weather is fantastic for you all, and you have a fantastic weekend. Despite my decision, I am very jealous, but this is extinguished slighlty by the fact i'm having my 1st holiday for 2 years starting tomorrow instead.

Damn thing died on the Tuesday night before the festival last year. Is there some kind of curse operating ?

I reckon the bloke who runs the webcam gets to work about 10am as it's popped back up then a couple of times. Unless he's started early on the pear cider.
