hulk mike
tried Brothers Pear Cider at a bar in manchester today for the first time.... Kopparberg is a higher alcohol content, and tastes nicer...... but the strawberry one was very nice i have to admit
Guest Flip
Your all weird Its feckin orrible!! Wednesday of Glasto last year only the Brothers Bar was open for ages so I bought a pint even though I knew what it tasted like...and then gave it away euch!! Went to the wine seller opposite Garlic Kitchen and had to suffice with that till the real booze establishments opened.. Note to GFL - Get the bars open sooner on Wednesday please.. ivan
The main bar opening times will be restricted by the licence. "real booze establishments" - do you mean the Budweiser Bars ?

mudmonkey
The Apple in Bristol sells the festival strength version. The Apple is a cider boat, the marvellous invention of a boat selling nothing but cider. Think its too big to sail down the Glasto stream though. crosswillcastyourshadow
I tried brothers pear, apple & strawberry at download this year....... Best drink in the world behind newcy brown & hobgoblin ale!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd been trying to find it everywhere since, i even nearly travelled to a shop in birmingham to get a case. But i found it in one of my local pubs in stoke the other week. I was over the moon. It's the roebuck off collage road, about 50 yards from the train station for any fellow jugheads on the boards
LetsGoToMars
I got some in O'Neill's in Birmingham, but prefer Kopperburg to be honest. I might give it another chance in The Roebuck though!
MichaelMackem
Have heard exceedingly strange rumours that the beautiful person bar here in Lincoln has started to stock BB perry
gard
Got 12 bottle of festi strength from our local Bookers cash & carry for over Christmas, they also had the weaker version, apple and strawberry there, about 14 quid for the 12 I think, bargain!!! Salt_On_Everything
so hope i can go to glasto this year, that drink is a great reason alone. but it does make you smell like white lightning and therefore reminiscent of a scally/tramp. a pub in Leicester i used to work in called Out Of The Vaults did ones called Black Rat and Moonshine at 7.3% and 8% respectively. and i was allowed to drink while at work... DaMaNiAc
I spotted the 4.7% normal version (i.e not festival strength) in my local in Cranleigh, near Guildford! Was very surprised indeed! Shame it's not the festival strength one though and probably costs £3.50 a bottle at our local prices!

Drank them all that night in front of the TV, I was practically paralysed due to not really doing the maths. Paralysed but very, very happy.
