What's the maddest thing you've found?

More grossest than maddest... After the Rolling Stones was grim- broken travel johns everywhere and someone had up, soiled a water bottle 🤢

Surprising amounts of glass bottles.. In wetter years just mountains of broken chairs....

Last year was millions of Elton glasses.

Actually- got it. I found a catheter last year. Still sterile sealed but wtaf...

Ours for this year….

2. Going to get a photo at the barrier of The Pyramid in the early hours (only way I’ll be getting that close!).

Fairly sure they fence it off overnight.  Probably doable though

I need to visit the Temple, keep trying but there’s always been a queue.

Not been in HMS Sweet charity, might try and pop in there at some point.

Not been to the cinema since it became a tented thing .. going to try and squeeze into the Paul Mescal / Hot Priest  Q & A (along with half the festival no doubt) and I might also go see Lost Boys.

Yes to this - went to go in the other year but one of the group went awol so we went to get/find him.

Got in my head that it's cash only there however. Might be worth bearing in mind.

Hopefully find some microvenues!

Are the little hidden places in Shangri La still a thing? Heard about them but never came across them despite sending a lot of time down that way

There was still a few last time but a lot less... Sadly the alleys are no longer as they became a crazy crush/fire hazard..

Some cool things around like nomad and the painting robot arm.. A lot of fun day things too..

I have never done the ribbon tower either.

May check out Lost Horizons this year too.

I would love to stumble upon some new hidden gems across glastonbury, especially late night alternatives to the SE corner as I'm pretty sick of getting stuck in crushes there.

on the Sunday last year we ended up in a little tent in the park that was doing singalongs with someone on a piano in the middle. stuff like that!

Ours for this year….

1. Walk through the woods area at Woodsies

2. Going to get a photo at the barrier of The Pyramid in the early hours (only way I’ll be getting that close!).

3. Find a good pint of Guinness

4. Watch the sunrise at stone circle (not new but haven’t don’t this in years)

5. Eat at the Cajun place by WH

isn't bimble inn the only public facing place on site that serves it?

---

I have been pretty much everywhere in the 2 i've done. Few that come to mind for me are: Stonebridge Bar, NYC Downlow, Babylon Uprising, new Rabbit hole thing. Never really spent time at Lonely Hearts Club - obvs need to do new arcadia, genosys (which hasn't been there in my 2 fests) + new Assembly too. Not done platform either

No idea tbh mate, sure someone on here will know?!

Also need to make it to Stonebridge actually, the queues always put me off tbh.

Go to The Temple.  Never been and always say I will.

THIS  YEAR !!!!!

There are loads of things I've never gotten around to do in my 17 years there.  I never regret anything when I get home though.

I finally did The Temple last year after stumbling across an Altern8 sunrise set last year. Loved that it wasn't planned and there was actually music I liked being played. One of the best moments of the festival for me. The venue is epic!
