Yes, mainly by accident though! I queued with a mate for an hour at Manchester's White Hotel last weekend not knowing it was cash-only. Only had enough for myself, he went bank but didnt return. Was fine as the place is so smoked filled you could be with 20 friends or on your own and not know the difference. Went to a Boiler Room night in Bristol. For one reason or another mates didnt get in, so stayed on my own. Been to El Row at Amnesia on my own. Mate refused to pay 85e on the door. As I approach 40, if it isnt a really young crowd, once i'm in and listening/dancing to music - im fine. -

Yep, can appreciate that. However over here we have dynamic pricing, it's just under another name. The Oasis general sale is today. Tickets will sell out in seconds, but a few minutes after tickets are all sold out, they will reappear on ticketmaster under "verified reseller" at an inflated price. The "verified resellers" are ticketmaster themselves. The full amount of tickets are never all made available to the public. Ticketmaster are the buyers and the scalpers/touts. Why only make $330 from a ticket when ticketmaster can make you $500+ per ticket. Big artists are just as much to blame as Ticketmaster/Live Nation. -

yeah, not sure can accuse the membership of being racist...but from some poll I saw they prioritised tory values over winning the next election so maybe it will be Jenrick or Badenoch depending who is in last two. I am assuming it will be Cleverly vs Jenrick...and on paper they will pick Jenrick, but they also might go for nice guy Cleverly as long as he doesn't come across all woke socialist. -
I mean, this and the poster in tandem feels like it makes it just a question of time before it's confirmed.

I mean, I recall them being well received at Download in 2015 and some of the stuff on their last record was just flat-out metal, which was the best sounding live stuff of that LP when I saw it. And given we just had QOTSA and Fall Out Boy as headliners, and Biffy Clyro have now done it twice, I don't think they're that out there a pick. Saying that, Muse weren't really that high in the chat on the Download thread this time and as suggested, it could be they're prioritising recording over live shows next year. I thought they had Green Day and the new-look Linkin Park as their big budget duo, although there seems to be some doubt over the second of those.
